Is using Bragg’s apple cider vinegar.

I’m not sure why Bragg’s is such an under the radar super food because it’s pretty freaking awesome. From whitening your teeth, to relieving sore throats and laryngitis, soothing sun burns, and even doing double duty as a chemical-free cleaning product!

Screw 409, Fantastic, and Clorox. Break out the Bragg’s!

Which brings me to my next point. It’s also outstanding for cleaning out the inside of your body. A.K.A detoxing.

Just take 2 tablespoons of Bragg’s apple cider vinegar at meal time.

This works because of the acetic acid in the Bragg’s.

The acetic acid prevents you from breaking down carbs into sugar. When you don’t completely digest carbs (carbohydrates), you can’t absorb them into the body…

So, you just poop them out! Nice…

This won’t really work with white bread or rice, chocolate, ice cream, soda, or juice…

And definitely not for the sugars used to sweeten yogurt, cereal, or oatmeal…

Those are all the typical carbs behind the phrase, Fat Jeans …

But Bragg’s works very, very well with complex carbs like…

Sweet potatoes, brown rice, cantaloupe, and strawberries.

Complex carbs, like fruits, veggies, and whole grains are going to be better for you in general because they contain vitamins, minerals, and nutrients you need to look sexy and be healthy. The problem is that your body still breaks these carbs down into sugar.
