How long do you go before eating?

For most people, this is when they’re sleeping 6 or 7 hours each night…

… Which is like waking up at 5AM and not eating until noon.

Getting a lil’ hangry?

On the other hand, if you’re drinking calories like…

Soda… Energy drinks… Coffee with cream or sugar… Juice or milk…

That’s not fasting… You’re drinking food 🙂

Over Labor Day weekend, my close friend cooked breakfast for my wife and I.

Bacon, English muffin, scrambled eggs, and a couple strawberries…

I just eat it in the afternoon. 😉

Later that day in the car…

My close friend shared why breakfast is the most important meal of the day…

I agree…

She goes on to say how important it is to get food and nutrients in your body right away…

I disagree…

What? How can I agree to the… And disagree… with…

Yes, breakfast IS the most important meal of the day…

… It is the most important meal you shouldn’t have.

*We’ve got hormones protecting muscle tissue… Testosterone

Yes ladies… You too.

Who wants to mess any of that sexiness up?

This is one of the reasons I don’t watch television…

Well… Other than Netflix.
